The tourism council of Bhutan will issue the Bhutan visa to Traveler/s only when you wire transfer 100% tour cost in advance. Tourism council of Bhutan will hold the tour payment and then they will release the tour cost to our account deducting the Royalty and taxes only when you have left Bhutan.
The ways of paying the tour Cost:
1. Please deposit the 100% tour payment to our USD Bank accounts by wire transfer after you confirm the tour package.
2. Please email us the Bank telegraphic transfer receipt copy.
3. Tour payment transfer
When you transfer the tour payment to us. On receiving the tour payment, we have have to Transfer 100% payment to Tourism Council of Bhutan(TCB)’s Bank Account. TCB on receiving the payment and visa application(we require valid passport copy for the visa application), where only the Bhutanese Tour operator is allowed to apply for Tourist Visa such as Bhutan EverAce Travel.
Then TCB will endorse the visa. So as soon as we receive the visa soft copy we will email you the visa soft copy. The TCB will release the payment to us after deducting the Royalty and other govt. taxes only when the traveler/s have left Bhutan. This is for the safety of an Tourist/s. There is no point of being insecure to transfer the payment to us.
